Q01: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please contact us in advance. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

Q02: Can I stay with my pet?

A. Some rooms are pet-friendly. Please book using the “Stay with Pets” plan and review the “Pet Policy” on the reservation page before making your reservation. Details on pet facilities can be found [here]. Please bring your own cage, bowls, and toilet sheets.

Q03: Is smoking allowed?

A. All rooms are non-smoking. Please smoke outside your room using the ashtrays provided outdoors.

About Meals

Q04: Are meals provided?

A. The standard stay is room-only, but we are currently preparing a breakfast-included plan.

Q05: Can I cook my own meals?

A. Some rooms are equipped with a small kitchen, allowing for light cooking. Cookware and tableware are provided.
Rooms without a kitchen include a microwave and electric kettle, which are suitable for reheating meals.
shared outdoor kitchen is also available for simple cooking or preparing ingredients for BBQ.

Q06: Can I have a BBQ?

A. Yes, BBQs are available in the private space of each villa.
Please book under the BBQ Plan.
Please note that we provide only the equipment; ingredients are not included.

Q07: Are there restaurants or shops nearby?

A. 7-Eleven and a Lawson convenience store are about 5 minutes away by car, and supermarkets are about 10 minutes away.
There are a few restaurants open for dinner, but options are limited, so we recommend checking in advance.

A. Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all buildings.

Q11: Does it snow? Can I drive there in winter?

A. Winters in Aso are cold, but snowfall occurs only on a few days each year. You can often drive with regular tires when the weather is clear, but having snow tires or chains will ensure safer travel and peace of mind.
