Surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and clear spring water, this area is known for its beautifully balanced natural landscape. At the entrance of the property stands the main building, with five detached villas, a lawn garden, and a dog run spread out across the grounds.
From “Jiku-ya” to “SHIJIN”
SHIJIN Minamiaso was once known as “Jiku-ya,” a small, well-loved inn in Minamiaso. In April 2024, our company, Asouto LLC, took over this peaceful place surrounded by the nature of Aso.
For nearly 20 years, the previous owner, Mr. Konishi, devoted great care to nurturing Jiku-ya, creating a place cherished by many.
We have inherited that history and spirit, and will continue to cultivate this place in our own way for the years ahead.
